International Office
Before arriving to the Netherlands, the HR international office will contact an International PhD candidate via e-mail to  assist them with the following practical matters:
-  Residence permit / VISA procedure;
-  Erasmus MC contract explanation;
-  Dutch Health insurance explanation;
-  BSN-number application;
-  Opening a Dutch Bank account.

Please note that the procedure and the documents that need to be submitted via e-mail depend the citizenship. An overview of the required documents can be found on the International Office website (Also note that the information on this website is updated regularly).
