Practical Information

The Education Centre (Onderwijscentrum ) is the student centre of the Erasmus MC faculty and offers hundreds of study spaces and facilities surrounded by 40 colloquium- and lecture halls. The Education Centre is managed by the Educational Service Centre, which aims to provide the ideal study environment for students of our master’s programmes.

Renovation
The Education Center will be renovated from July 2024 until the second quarter of 2025. For this reason, the self-study spots, the Education Service Desk, and the printing area have been relocated. Check STiPfor more information.

Front Desk

Our Front Desk officers can help you with any practical issues during your stay in the Education Centre. The Front Desk is based on the second floor of the Education Centre.

Please note that you are required to show proof of identification (ID or passport) in order to pick up documents or a diploma.

Visitors and access

The study spaces and facilities are intended to be used exclusively by

• students of the medical faculty of Erasmus University
• students of Erasmus MC Academie
• PhD students at Erasmus MC

All visitors are required to visibly wear their Erasmus MC Card. When studying in the Education Center, you may be asked to present your card to the Front Desk officers in order to prove your student status.
