Classrooms

Please refer to this documentfor directions to the lecture halls (collegezalen) and classrooms (onderwijsruimtes) located at the Education Centre.

Study spaces and computer rooms

The Education Centre offers a variety of flexible spaces with WiFi. Our facilities include more than 400 study spaces, including 82 personal study spots that can be booked to study in silence, computer rooms, a comfortable lounge corner with sofas, two large reading tables, and a terrace.

Please note that it is not allowed to leave your study spot for more than 15 minutes. Any personal belongings still left behind after this period will be removed.

Teaching rooms

Students can reserve teaching rooms through the TE Reserve reservation system. To log in, you must be in possession of an ERNA ID. Instructions can be found via this link.

There are a number of important points to bear in mind when using teaching rooms:

Lost & found

Lost items are stored at the Education Centre Front Office desk, the Erasmus MC service desk (FE-209) or the security counter (Ee-3). Items will be stored for up to 3 months.

Lockers

The Education Centre offers 300 lockers in three different locations. Lockers can only be used during opening hours. Instructions on how to use the lockers can be found on the walls near the lockers.

Please remove all items from your locker before closing time. The service employees carry out check-ups at least twice a week. Should food and/or drinks be found in these lockers, packed or not, it will be discarded immediately in view of hygiene requirements.

Printing and copying documents

The Education Centre offers a printer which can be used for a small fee. The following manualcan be consulted on how to use the printer.
