ERNA Student Account

ERNA
The Erasmus Remote Network Access (ERNA) Account is your digital student account that provides access to all digital platforms such as Canvas, OSIRIS, and your student e-mail account.

You can also use this account to access the computers at the Education Centre. 

Account details
You will receive your ERNA login details upon submitting an enrolment application for a study programme via Studielink.

These login details consist of your ERNA ID (username) and a password.

Your ERNA ID consists of your student number and initials followed by @eur.nl.

Example: 123456ab@eur.nl

Student e-mail account

Your ERNA ID also provides access to your student e-mail account. This is the main e-mail account that should be used for all communication related to your study programme.

All important information regarding your study programme, courses, and other procedures will be sent to this e-mail account. 

Reactivate an inactive ERNA account

If your (old) ERNA account is currently inactive, your account might be expired.

Please contact graduateschool@erasmusmc.nl to reactivate your account.

Issues

If you are unable to log in, you can try to log in using a different internet browser or a new window in Incognito mode. Make sure to delete the cookies and cache from your internet browser before trying to log in again.

Should you still face any issues regarding your ERNA account, you can reach out to the Educational Service Centre (graduateschool@erasmusmc.nl) or the Erasmus Student Service Centre. If possible, please include a screenshot.

Using your ERNA ID for computer and WiFi access

You can use your ERNA ID to access the computers at the Education Centre (Onderwijscentrum) and use the local WiFi network on your personal devices. Should you require assistance, please reach out to the Front Office in the Education Centre or send an e-mail to the Educational Service Centre (graduateschool@erasmusmc.nl).
