Are you studying Nursing at Zadkine or Hogeschool Rotterdam and would you like to follow a Dual Study or BBL programme at Erasmus MC during your third or fourth year?
That's possible! Please review the requirements for each programme below.
Entry into the 3rd Year (Dual Study / BBL Programme)
Would you like to start a Dual Study or BBL programme at Erasmus MC in your third year? You must meet the following requirements:
• You are a Nursing student at Zadkine or Hogeschool Rotterdam, or you will transfer to Zadkine or Hogeschool Rotterdam at the start of the academic year.
• At the start of the third year, you must have successfully completed all clinical placements.
• You may have a maximum of two outstanding theory examinations.
Entry into the 4th Year HBO Nursing Dual Programme
Are you a third-year full-time Bachelor of Nursing (HBO-V) student and would you like to follow a dual programme at Erasmus MC during your fourth year? You must meet the following requirements:
• You have completed one or more clinical placements within Erasmus MC.
• You have no study delay and do not require an extension of your programme.
• Your academic record contains only passing grades.
• All practical assessments have been completed successfully.
Entry into the 4th Year MBO Nursing BBL Programme
Are you a third-year full-time MBO Nursing student and would you like to follow a BBL programme at Erasmus MC during your fourth year? You must meet the following requirements:
• You have completed one or more clinical placements within Erasmus MC.
• All Digibib assignments have been completed.
• You have successfully completed at least one elective module.
• You have passed all REN examinations and Citizenship requirements.
• All previous clinical placements have been completed successfully, including the required BIG registration practice hours.
• You have passed all examinations, obtained all mandatory certificates, and have been fully promoted to the fourth year.
Application Procedure
The selection days will take place on:
• HBO Nursing (HBO-V): Tuesday afternoon, 2 March 2027, and Tuesday afternoon, 9 March 2027.
• MBO Nursing (MBO-V): Thursday afternoon, 11 March 2027.
Would you like to apply for a Dual Study or BBL programme? You may submit your application during the application period specified below. Applications received outside this period will not be considered.
After the application period has closed, an initial selection will be made based on the submitted application forms. You will then receive either an invitation to attend the selection process or a notification of rejection by email.
