Meetings
The SR participates in the Joint Meeting (GV), which takes place every five weeks on Thursday. These meetings include the SR, part of the Works Council (OR), and the dean of Erasmus MC. The purpose of this meeting is to consult the Board of Directors of Erasmus MC (represented by the dean) together with employees (OR) and students (SR). Additionally, the SR holds internal meetings weekly on Wednesday evenings from 19:30 to 21:30.
Elections
A place on the Student Council is obtained through annual elections held in May. Students from Erasmus MC can vote electronically for the person they deem most suitable to represent them. Elections are conducted through a party-list system.
