Who are we? 
Education & Student Affairs is responsible for student affairs, education and exam administration, course scheduling and logistical support for the Medicine program, Erasmus MC research masters and Erasmus MC Academy. Education & student affairs also manages the education center (OWC) and is responsible for audiovisual and facility services in the OWC.

Submitting forms 
Registration and evaluation forms must be submitted via OSIRIS Zaak. Unfortunately, we cannot process forms that are not clearly legible. More information about reimbursement forms can be found in the knowledge item Reimbursements. 

Email via student account 
To protect student privacy, you may only correspond with Education & Student Affairs via your student email account. This only works if you are enrolled in the medicine program at Erasmus University. If you are temporarily not enrolled, please use the email address you provided in Studielink. 

Change of address 
You can submit a change of address via Studielink. This update is automatically forwarded to OSIRIS, the student information system of Erasmus University. Please note that the correspondence address in Studielink is forwarded to OSIRIS.
