Registration confirmation
We aim to inform you about your admission two weeks after your application, provided it has been submitted completely and correctly.

Start date and end date
Selecting a start date in the registration module does not guarantee admission. This depends on the availability of training places. The email titled 'registration confirmation' will state the official start date of your program.

Incomplete application?
It is possible that Education & Student affairs (O&S) finds that certain information in your application is incomplete or incorrect. In that case, you will receive an email at your private email address. Follow the instructions provided in the email to complete your application. Once resubmitted, we aim to inform you about your admission two weeks after your application.

Student number and student card
Upon registration, you will also receive your student number. This number is issued once, so keep it safe. Always include your student number when contacting Erasmus MC Academy. After registering, you will receive a weblink to upload a digital passport photo. This photo is required for your student card. ERNA account and student email address
Shortly after registering, you will receive your digital student account (ERNA). With this account, you can log in to your student email. Important: you are not allowed to change your student email address. Doing so may result in missed emails. More information can be found in the item 'ERNA account and student email'.

Introductory meeting
At least one week before the start of your program, you will receive an email invitation with information about the introductory meeting, provided you registered on time.
