In Osiris Student, you can find the contact details of the persons responsible for compulsory education. Follow these steps to locate them:
- Log in to Osiris Student using your student account.
- In the left-hand menu, go to ‘Course Catalogue’.
- Select ‘Erasmus MC’, then choose ‘Bachelor’ or ‘Master’.
Make sure the correct academic year is selected, then click on the relevant course. Note: When using the search function, be sure to enter the full course code.
Under ‘Lecturers’, you will find the relevant contact person(s). Click on a name to view their contact information. You’ll also see which component of the mandatory education the person is responsible for. In themes that involve multiple disciplines, you’ll find several contact persons listed in addition to the coordinator (who is also a contact person). If you’re unsure which contact person you need, click through the list until you find the appropriate individual with the correct contact details.
Bachelor students: Always include your study year and study group number in your email, e.g., Ba1.01. Master students: Include your study group number and start cohort, e.g., SG.2205 intake 2022-1.
