Grade Registration
Exam results and evaluations are recorded in OSIRIS by lecturers, educational departments, and Education & Student Affairs.
Study Progress Overview (SVO)
For a complete overview of your academic progress, always use the Study Progress Overview (SVO) in OSIRIS Student. This is the only overview that displays your exam program in accordance with the Education and Examination Regulations (OER), including applicable (compensation) rules and any remaining exam components.
You can also download your Study Progress Overview here. Need an English version? Temporarily switch the language setting in OSIRIS Student to English.
Check It Yourself
Check your SVO regularly. Report any missing information immediately. Missing data may occur if a lecturer hasn’t submitted a grade yet, if exam fines are still open, or if results have expired.
Report Inaccuracies
If you believe your program or obtained results are incorrectly displayed in OSIRIS, notify the OSC immediately. Do not wait until the end of the academic year—this could delay your academic progress, especially if lecturers are on holiday.
Preliminary vs. Final Results
Preliminary results are not shown on the SVO. Only final results are included.
Compensation Processed in August
Any compensation based on the OER will not be processed until mid-August, after all final (resit) exam grades are registered in OSIRIS. More information is available in the knowledge items: Academic Progress and Advancement and Bachelor Compensation Rules + Calculation Tool.
Changes to the Exam Program
If you take longer than the nominal study duration or have taken a break, your exam program may require individual adjustments due to curriculum changes.
Education & Student Affairs updates these annually based on the OER.
Validity of Results
According to the OER, obtained results remain valid for five years. To request an extension of this validity, you must contact the Examination Board.
