Exemption?
You can request exemptions through your theoretical and/or practical training provider. The request must be submitted via the OSIRIS registration module. Your application is valid if you have:

• a recognized and relevant (CZO) diploma and/or certificate from the (follow-up) program. These must not be older than 5 years
• relevant certificates from programs offered by the Erasmus MC Academy. These must not be older than 5 years

Previously acquired competencies
EVC stands for 'previously acquired competencies'. You may qualify for the EVC procedure if you have:

• a recognized and relevant diploma and/or certificate from a (follow-up) program that is older than 5 years
• relevant certificates obtained from a different training institution
• subject-matter expertise and/or work experience
