Mandatory Visible Wearing

The Erasmus MC pass is used for identification and access to various building sections. All students and staff of Erasmus MC are required to wear the pass visibly, including in the Education Center.

 

Student Profile

As a student, you receive an Erasmus MC pass with a student profile. This pass gives you access to general entry doors, the gates on the third floor of the EE building, the bicycle parking, and the GK building.

 

Identification

During exams, identification is only possible with the Erasmus MC pass or TU Delft student card in combination with a valid ID. Access checks may occur, and you may be asked to identify yourself by Security or Education Service Center (OSC) staff.

 

Creating Erasmus MC Pass

In September, all first-year students receive their Erasmus MC student pass during the introduction moment on the first lecture day at Erasmus MC. If you are unable to attend, you can make a new appointment at the Service Desk, FE-209.

 

Creating a New Pass

You can have a pass made at the Service Desk (FE-209). In case of loss or damage, a new pass can be made for a fee of €10. In case of theft, it can be replaced free of charge with a copy of the police report.

 

Problems with the Pass

Are you properly enrolled but the Service Desk cannot create a pass for you or the pass no longer works? First check in Studielink whether your enrollment is complete and active. Verify that you have completed all steps in the enrollment process. If everything is correct but your pass still doesn’t work, then TU Delft or EUR has not yet finalized your enrollment. You can contact TU Delft or the Erasmus Student Service Center (ESSC). If your pass is broken, you can go to the Service Desk (FE-209).

 

Returning the Pass

After completing your studies, you must return the Erasmus MC pass. You can return the pass at the Service Desk, Counter 3 + 4, FE-209 (white counter). Note that the HR and Payroll Department may impose a fine if the pass is not returned. For more information, contact the Service Desk (010-7044441).

 

Visitor Pass for Faculty Building

The reception of the Faculty Building no longer issues visitor passes to staff and students who do not have their Erasmus MC pass with them. Do you need a temporary pass? Then go to the Service Desk (FE-209). The Service Desk provides a duplicate pass free of charge that is identical to the original. This duplicate pass must be returned to the Service Desk within two weeks of issue. For questions, contact the Service Desk reception or call 010-7044441.
