HiX

Healthcare Information X-change is the electronic patient record system of Erasmus MC. During your internship, you may need access to HiX. HiX authorization is only requested by the Education Service Center (OSC) for students doing their TM internship within Erasmus MC.

 

Signing the HiX Agreement

To gain access to HiX, you need a Master's appointment within Erasmus MC. For this, you must sign an agreement once. You will receive an invitation from the OSC to sign this agreement approximately two weeks before the start of your education.

 

HiX Access

HiX rights are only activated when you actually start your internship. You have access from the first day of your TM internship until the last day—no earlier or later.

 

Changes or Questions?

If your internship period is extended beyond the planned period, this must be reported via stage-TM@tudelft.nl so that your HiX authorization can be adjusted. For all other HiX-related questions, you can also contact stage-TM@tudelft.nl.
