EPASS, Scorion and Academy Attendance

Digital systems
The Medicine programme uses various digital systems for monitoring your study progress and to register and/or assess education.

Academy Attendance
Academy Attendance records your presence during compulsory classes. The teacher will provide a code during the class which allows you to 'check in' using your mobile device. You will immediately see on the screen if this was successful. You must have a smartphone, tablet, or laptop registered on an EMC network (Eduroam, Hotspot). If you do not have one, borrow one from a fellow student. Note: it is not possible to register attendance afterwards. Make sure you are properly checked in, otherwise you will have to retake the class. If you have swapped compulsory classes with a fellow student, this is not a problem for the registration. More information on attendance registration can be found in the knowledge item Compulsory education and attendance. If you experience problems registering your attendance in AA, you must contact the relevant teacher. Education & Student Affairs is not allowed to accept evidence from students.

Scorion
Through Scorion you receive feedback and assessments from your teacher within the lines Consultation Skills and Professional Development (PO). More information about the PO line can be found on the webpage of the Line Education bachelor year 1, year 2 or year 3. Do you have a content-related question or problem? Then contact the secretariat of the relevant cours . Experiencing technical problems? Then send an contact form to the Education & Student Affairs and clearly state what the issue is.

EPASS
EPASS is intended for feedback and assessments during internships. Information and the manual can be found on the Canvas page Assessment in internships. Do you have a question or problem? First check the EPASS frequently asked questions. If you experience login problems, contact the EPASS helpdesk (epass@erasmusmc.nl / 010-7043834).
