What is it? 
With OSIRIS Case, student requests and the associated workflows and documents are streamlined. OSIRIS Case works integrated with the rest of OSIRIS. 

How does it work? 
You submit a request yourself via OSIRIS Student, such as an 'Application elective or oldest internship'. An exception is the case 'Graduation - 1' (see the knowledge item Master's diploma and graduation ceremony); in this case, the request is created for you. The communication, assessment, and processing of these cases is fully digital. You can see at any time what the status of your request is. 

Processing via Case 
Because the processing of OSIRIS Case is digital, the handlers, also called actors, are asked to give digital approval. These actors (for example, your supervisor or a coordinator) are linked to your Case based on the information you as a student provide in the forms. 

Case delayed? 
If a step in the process takes too long with an actor, you as a student are expected to contact this actor yourself about the progress. 

Chrome as a browser? 
Do you use Google Chrome as a browser? Make sure to allow pop-ups. Otherwise, you cannot start a case.
