Allocation
To participate in master's education, students are assigned a study group number. See also the knowledge item: Compulsory education and attendance. Education & Student Affairs can only assign a study group number once your study enrollment for the master's programme at EUR is complete. See also the knowledge item: Registering and deregistering for the master's.
Access to the digital learning environment
Access to the digital learning environment (Canvas) is arranged alongside the allocation of your study group number. See also the knowledge item: Canvas.
Methods of Research
Master’s students will receive their study group number no later than two weeks before the start of the first teaching block.
You will be informed via your student email when the study group allocations are available. Your schedule is based on your study group. The group-specific timetable is available on the timetable page.
Published in OSIRIS
You can find your study group number in OSIRIS by clicking the tab ‘Enrollments’ and then selecting ‘Enrollment overview’. In the table under the header ‘Group’, the study group number is shown. Make sure you are viewing the correct academic year.
Clinical rotations
In the master's program, you will be assigned three different groups:
1) A study group number for attending the classes (this number starts with SG).
2) A co-group number for the clinical internships, excluding the DKO block.
3) A group number for the clinical internships during the DKO block.
Swapping
It is not possible to switch study groups. For some mandatory classes, it may be possible to swap with a fellow student. See also the knowledge item: Compulsory education and attendance.
